LOOK WHAT’S FINISHED!

My god that was a task and a half. I’ve been working on it non stop for 13 hours, and it’s finally done.

Huge thanks to my flatmate who helped me hand sew the lining in at the end.

There are a few bits that are wonky, and a few parts I’d like to change (the welt pockets are fake and also too low), but for now, I’m happy with it and can’t wait to wear it to Expo tomorrow.

There will be photos of the whole costume up sometime next week~

It’s coming together!

Collar is on and sleeves are in, just need to make and sew on the pockets, then press the crap out of the back pleats, buttonholes and buttons, hem to the right length and sew in the lining~

I think it’ll be done within the next 2 hours or so.

I shall keep you posted…

I don’t even know what part this is, but glksadkjhes this needs to be finished today so I can wear it tomorrow.

I have the sleeves to put in, collar to put on, pockets and buttons to put on and the lining to put in.

I can do this. This is possible. I might not be sleeping tonight, but IT WILL GET FINISHED, I SWEAR TO GOD.
